[Cooking] Amalia Recipe - dry rye bread

For people seeking health sometimes difficult to buy the right products, well, then you have to make them yourself.
This recipe gave me my dear friend has passed away ... So I made a separate topic to the recipe is not lost.

Cooking method:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. On a baking sheet lay baking paper and pour on it half of the resulting mixture,
