Long before our era on the banks of the Euxine Bosporus kingdom was located, and in the 13-15 centuries built their fortress here Genoese. Today, on the shores of the Black Sea live and work citizens of Abkhazia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine ... We speak all different languages, but we are united by our common home - the Black Sea. And the problem we have in common - now more than ever, the Black Sea is in danger of environmental pollution. It is no accident on October 31 was declared International Day of the Black Sea. On this day ecological landings, conferences, exhibitions and other events.
Translators Krasnodar regional branch of the Union of Translators of Russia, in turn, trying to make a modest contribution to the realization of the noble objectives of drawing attention to the problems of the Black Sea, announce the First International Black Sea translation contest. Participants can be anyone, without limitation age, profession and place of residence.
The contest will be held from 1 to 25 October. Its results will be announced by 31 October. Participants will be asked to 3 text devoted to the marine theme: prose, poetry and essays. Language pairs: English-Russian, Bulgarian, Russian, Greek, Russian, Italian, Russian, German, Russian, Turkish, Russian, Czech, Russian, for foreign participants in translation from Russian into English, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian, German, Turkish, Czech.
The competition is held under an informational support of the Union of Translators of Russia, Turkey Consulate General of the Republic and the Consulate General of Greece in Novorossiysk.
