If yes, then I have a week ago (the first time) ran 15 minutes, coming back from kindergarten peshochkom so active, I came up with a brilliant idea to use the treadmill. Horror terrible. Dyhalki I just have (I thought badly about themselves ....) but the feeling (not immediately) after a few hours were just horrible. And I was hoping that at least so I can run. And yet udvila distance, because in 15 minutes I was very small (I do not remember how many hundreds of meters) whereas actually 15 minutes, I'll go a lot more.

I have now watched their stats for 10 minutes- 1 km at a speed of 6.25 km / h (that I just roughly divided on the time and distance the average speed, because there are gaps at a speed of 8-10 km / h)
