| Recently I wanted something thread bake breakfast in a hurry, Charlotte tired, and suddenly I remembered that in my old notebook was a recipe vkusnyuchego honey biscuit. I found the book and the recipe and that's what happened: |
100 g butter,
1 cup flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar,
2 table. spoon of honey,
1 teaspoon baking soda.
On medium heat, melt the honey and baking soda, stirring constantly, until a bright golden brown (2-3 minutes), remove from heat, dissolve the chopped butter and sugar, then add eggs, mix well, add the flour, the dough should be like thick sour cream.
Prescription is necessary to bake on low heat for 20 minutes ... I bake the first 15 minutes at 180 degrees, then checked the damp toothpick, put on another 150 degrees for 15 minutes .... IMHO, it is better to check with a toothpick readiness ....
this biscuit recipe relies on sour cream with walnuts and prunes, but I have not tried with cream, so we drink tea ... very tasty ...
