yogurt 500g
semolina 200g
Eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 100 g

baking powder 10g

This is a basic recipe Manica kefir. Adding raisins, dried apricots, prunes, citrus zest, lemon juice, etc., you can get a lot of flavors and colors.
Pour yogurt into a bowl.
Gradually add the semolina, stirring the mixture until smooth.
Leave semolina with yogurt for at least 30 minutes to semolina swollen.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Break the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.

Add the beaten eggs into the semolina with yogurt. Mix well.
In the dough, you can add raisins (wash, dry and roll in flour) or grated zest and juice of one lemon.
Pour the batter into the pan. Place in preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes manna.
(Baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven, foods and so on. N. Monitor readiness for baking color).
Ready manna, remove from oven and leave in the form of 5 minutes. Then put on a dish.
Cut into portions of manna. Serve with sour cream or jam. (Or no nothing, I repeat, that by itself it is very gentle and delicate taste).
