[Cooking] Venetian cake

I recently prepared a wonderful pie, and I want to share with you the recipe!
Preparing it quickly and easily!

Key Ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
6 eggs
2 lemons
150 gr. flour
a bag of baking powder
150 milliliters of sparkling wine Prosecco

Separate the whites from the yolks.
In the sugar and add the egg yolks and stir well with a mixer.
Watching someone a mixer. If on the stand, it is much more convenient.
Then we can leave everything and prepare the whipped lemons.
A fine grater zest to clean off, it is added in the mixer and to squeeze the juice of one lemon. Beat.
Take the flour and add baking powder in it. In the dough add the flour and mix everything with a spoon.
I stirred silicone spoon-spatula, it is very convenient in my opinion.
Open Prosecco and pour in the batter. Was mixed with a spoon.
Now the mixer and add proteins pinch of salt. Beat up the air foam (as for meringue).
In the dough add 3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil and beaten egg whites and mix everything with a spoon.
The dough obtained in this light and airy.
The form of grease with a small number of ohms of olive oil and spread the dough, put a preheated 180 gr. oven.
In total, the pie is baking 25-30 minutes.
When you saw a golden crust and the pie is well raised, reduce the temperature to 160 grams. and hold for another 15 minutes.
Give cool. When the cake has cooled, spread it on a plate booty up and sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar.
By itself, the cake is not sweet. But in combination with powder turns golden mean!
