I've just decided not to sit on a diet and eat right By the way, slowly, but it works!
So, what I have already started to apply:
1. All hot drinks drink without sugar (for many years)

I do not have good nutrition habits. There is only the desire to waste the excess calories through sports, walking, cycling, swimming, sex and so on. Nice gestures.

If I want to eat sweet - I did it in the morning
Dinner - a salad with a slice of corn bread (toast)
Pasta - rare, even rarer pizza !!
For lunch I try to eat meat or fish for a couple (with pressure pots)
Do not drink tea with sweet - a maximum Fett biskottata
Do not buy chips, nuts, straw, etc .... buy raisins and dried apricots

I started the season of fruit, while eating apples, strawberries and pineapple
